Seizing Tax Exemption Opportunities
Following startup recognition, startups can apply for tax exemption under Section 80 IAC of the Income Tax Act. This exemption allows startups to enjoy tax benefits for three consecutive financial years out of their first ten years since incorporation. (Please note: Only a Private Limited or a Limited Liability Partnership is eligible for tax exemption.)
